The Business Process Management (BPM) course is a part of eBTS ( e-Business Training Support for local SMEs ) project developed in the frame of the Leonardo da Vinci programme and sponsored by European Commission. Its developer is the Novitech a.s. company (thereafter Novitech only) as one of the GbQ´s importer. The GbQ is a German company in a role of exporter of know-how of e-Business Training support for the project. The content of the course has been defined based on survey and analysis of requirements of small and medium size entrepreneurs (thereafter SMEs only) of the Slovak Republic as well as on actual experience and knowledge of Novitech in the field of SMEs management in Slovakia and neighbouring countries. The course respects requirements and needs of those companies in view of breaking through in the global market environment.
